Log in as a guest with your access code
Orders are visible only to the browser session or confirmed account authorized to view them. Knowing an order email or number does not grant access.
Restore your order securely
- Open Sign In / Restore access and enter the email address used for the order.
- Request an access code for your order.
- Use the secure code from that message. The code expires after 15 minutes and can be used once. Keep it private.
- After confirmation, open My Tickets to view authorized orders.
If access cannot be restored
Request a new code if the earlier code has expired or was already used. Contact the configured support channel with your order reference if you need help. Do not publish or forward private recovery links.
