Prices and reservations
Prices are shown in the event’s configured currency. Ticket prices, chosen additions and any applicable fees or taxes are shown before you reserve. Complete your purchase within the time shown at checkout. Refreshing your browser does not extend the reservation. The prices agreed when you reserve are kept for that order.
Order confirmation
A payment redirect, browser message or URL parameter does not confirm a purchase. Tickets are confirmed only after payment has been verified. Payment status and ticket delivery status are separate. If payment arrives after the reservation expires and the original tickets are no longer available, support must review the payment and arrange a refund where appropriate.
