Understand your purchase.
Verified order state
A purchase is confirmed through the existing payment verification flow. A browser redirect or message alone does not prove payment.
Private ticket access
Your order and available tickets are shown only to the session or confirmed account authorized to view them.
What this means for buyers
Payment confirmation and delivery are separate states. Review both in your private order.
Reservations last until the time shown at checkout. Refreshing your browser does not extend that time. Review the total before reserving.
