Electronic downloads
After confirmed payment, an available electronic ticket is linked to the buyer’s order. Download your tickets through your private order page. Use the browser where you placed the order or restore access through My Tickets.
Manual transfer
Tickets requiring manual transfer show a separate delivery state: waiting, sent or confirmed. Payment confirmation does not mean transfer completion. A transfer note alone does not guarantee that a ticket is valid for entry.
Missing tickets
Check the current delivery status on your order page and contact support with the order reference if a paid order is awaiting an asset or transfer. Repeated delivery attempts do not create additional valid tickets.
