Refund Rules
Payment review and cancellation
Contact support with your order reference for cancellation, postponed event, incorrect payment or delivery problems. Event cancellation stops new sales and creates review work for affected orders. It does not erase an order or itself prove that a refund has happened.
Confirmed refunds
A refund is shown as completed only after confirmation. Refund amounts cannot exceed the collected amount. Refunded tickets are not offered for sale again until their validity and delivery state are checked.
