Purchase Information
Order confirmation
Payment status is verified by the existing order flow. A redirect, browser message or URL parameter does not confirm payment. Delivery remains a separate state.
Private tickets
An electronic ticket is available only through the private order when a file exists and access is authorized.
Purchase policies
StubHub does not claim another marketplace’s guarantee, replacement ticket promise, credit scheme or refund deadline. The current StubHub purchase, refund and delivery policies apply.
